This firm cannot be beaten they carried out a thorough check of our drains emptied our septic tank again and were altogether efficient polite and thorough. They came on time on the same day as requested. If you need this service I strongly recommend you go to them first. Very very pleased with their work politeness and professionalism.

Estava com um problema de entupimento na minha cozinha, graças ao esforço, profissionalismo e foco dos dois técnicos, Rui e Nelson, rapidamente o problema foi identificado. Na verdade, eles descobriram que a prumada do meu prédio estava entupida. Procuraram a melhor maneira de resolver o problema sem causar muita sujeira no meu apartamento. Foram diretamente a prumada, localizada na garagem do prédio e com seus equipamentos conseguiram desentupir o cano em 3 horas. Estou mesmo impressionado!

Fabio and Miguel came over to our place in May and cleaned everything just brilliantly! They helped us out with many other things as well, providing information about where we could get some other services that needed to be done but that weren't in their remit. This morning, 12 July 2022, Rui came to put a camera and sensor down a sewage line to investigate a blockage location. Our builder Tim Moores was also present as we are going to renovate the bathrooms and needed to understand what exactly was going on. Rui has been to our house before and always does an excellent job! True to form, Rui cleared the blockage. He also used his sensor to locate another depth and location of a junction from our outside toilet which will help us in future

Once again Cardoso rescued the day with prompt response and great professional service. Rui and his team quickly diagnosed and solved several issues, and left the area tidy and working perfectly. His professional advice was very helpful as well as his attention to detail and pointing out several risk areas. Nota: meses à espera da CML, dia 20/06/2022 vi carro Cardoso, liguei, não atenderam, devolveram a chamada em poucos minutos, informei o problema, rapariga simpática disse que ia ver o que podia fazer, mas que durante o dia ou no dia seguinte contactavam, espantado! recebo uma chamada às 15:55h, para fazer o serviço, espectáculo, enfim não estou habituado.

Rui e Rafael, para identificar a origem de uma fuga de água que está a causar infiltrações e danos visíveis na parede da minha habitação. Just a note to say how well your team did at 602, vale do lobo earlier this week. Rui and Roberto were helpful, and very efficient at sorting out the drain problems at this house and discovering a broken drain. Not to mention clearing out pine tree roots and assorted rubbish. Two years ago another company failed to clean out blockages in our very old drains, that get regularly clogged with roots. Eventually we will renovate, but in the meantime we need regular cleaning. Anyway, Cardoso have always been out promptly and done the job very thoroughly. In August Fabio and his guys did an excellent job, after we had not been in the property for a year due to COVID. I recommend Cardoso without reservation.

Many thanks to Rui and Rafael for a job well done today. We had two drains blocked due to roots ingress in the pipework and the guys did a very professional job in identifying the problem and finding a solution. The sophisticated equipment they use, including putting cameras down the drains to identify the issues (that can be recorded on video via an app on one's mobile to assist with any further remedial work required) was a great help. Very helpful advice was also provided on all matters.

O serviço q esta empresa prestou foi simplesmente excelente! Tive um problema que precisava de resolução urgente e em 24 horas ficou resolvido. A minha casa é longe na zona de Salir e mesmo assim foi marcado de um dia para o outro. No momento da chegada do camião parecia que não ia conseguir entrar no terreno, mas mesmo assim o condutor (Miguel) fez tudo para conseguir entrar, apesar de ser uma manobra muito difícil. O serviço ficou concluído em menos de meia hora!!! Só posso dizer: EXCELENTE!!!

I have used Cardoso twice in the last year and both times I have been really pleased with the service received. This morning Rui, and his son Rafael, where at my house within half an hour of me phoning the office to report my problem. They are both really friendly and speak excellent English. The drain problem turned out to be quite complicated but they solved everything calmly and efficiently. I thought the bill, on completion of the work, was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cardoso!!
